Monthly and annual plans show coverage limits, service fees, and included systems before you enroll—no surprise membership math.
Match protection to your home: essential mechanical systems, whole-home appliance bundles, or premium plans with extra roof-leak and HVAC extras.
At EnsaGuard, we specialize in home warranty protection that pays toward the repair or replacement of covered systems when they fail from normal wear. From a compressor that will not start to a dishwasher that stops mid-cycle, our team helps members understand what their plan covers and how to request service without the guesswork.
Every plan is written in plain language: covered components, service call fees, waiting periods, and claim steps. We do not sell hardware. We stand between a sudden breakdown and an unplanned repair bill.

When a refrigerator’s sealed system failed beyond reasonable repair, the Complete Home Care plan contributed toward a comparable replacement unit.
A covered supply-line leak was isolated and repaired under plumbing protection, helping the household avoid a larger restoration project.
Sediment and a failed heating assembly ended the tank’s useful life. Premier coverage authorized a like-kind replacement with updated safety controls.

Straight answers about waiting periods, service fees, covered failures, and how EnsaGuard home warranty claims actually work.
A home warranty is a service contract, not a homeowners insurance policy. It helps pay for repair or replacement of listed systems and appliances that break down from normal wear after the waiting period, subject to caps, exclusions, and a trade service fee.
Depending on the plan: heating, air conditioning, electrical, interior plumbing, water heaters, kitchen and laundry appliances, and, on Premier, an optional roof-leak repair rider. Always review the coverage schedule in your contract.
Use the Contact or quote form, describe the failed system, and include when the issue started. After coverage review, we authorize a service professional to diagnose the problem. Covered work is then approved according to your plan.
Failures known before the effective date, or defects that existed prior to coverage, are typically excluded. Systems should be in normal working order when the plan begins. Unknown defects may be reviewed case by case as described in the contract.
Each time a technician is dispatched for a claim, you pay the stated trade service fee. EnsaGuard then contributes toward covered diagnosis, repair, or replacement up to the item limit. Fees are shown on the pricing page before enrollment.
A covered breakdown should not freeze your budget. EnsaGuard helps restore heating, cooling, water, power, and appliances—quickly and with documented claim steps.
