This policy explains how EnsaGuard handles personal information collected through our home warranty website, quote forms, claim forms, and newsletter tools.

Last updated: 21 September 2026. EnsaGuard (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors and members who use ensaotomotivmerzifon.com. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, the parties with whom we may share it, the choices you have, and the safeguards we apply. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
This Site is designed as a static, client-side experience. Form submissions currently display an on-screen confirmation and are not transmitted to a remote processing server from this demonstration build. If a production connection is added later, this policy will continue to describe the principles that govern that processing. Until then, you should assume that anything you type remains in your browser unless you choose to screenshot or otherwise store it.
This policy applies to individuals who browse coverage pages, request a home warranty quote, start a claim, subscribe to or unsubscribe from newsletters, or otherwise interact with EnsaGuard online. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to for social sharing. Those sites have their own policies.
Quote, contact, and claim forms may ask for your name, email address, coverage interest (for example Essential, Complete, or Premier), a description of a failed system (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, water heater, or roof leak), and a free-text message. Newsletter forms collect an email address. Unsubscribe forms collect an email address and, optionally, a reason for leaving the list.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this Site. We do not request a telephone number or street address on published pages. If you voluntarily type those details into a message box, treat them as personal information you chose to share.
Like most websites, the Site may be delivered with standard web logs if hosted on a server, including approximate region derived from IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We do not use the Site to collect precise geolocation. We do not sell browsing profiles.
This static Site does not set advertising cookies. Your browser may store local interface state (for example, whether a thank-you message was shown) only for the duration of a session if scripts use session memory. You can block cookies in your browser; essential page rendering does not depend on marketing cookies.
We use personal information to:
We do not use claim narratives to train public generative models. We do not use your email for unrelated third-party advertising without a lawful basis and a clear notice.
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: taking steps at your request before entering a contract (quotes), performance of a service contract (claims and membership administration), legitimate interests in operating a home warranty website and preventing fraud, consent for optional newsletters, and compliance with legal duties such as record-keeping for contracts.
You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time through the Unsubscribe page linked in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and it does not cancel an in-force warranty contract.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
Social media icons in the footer link to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. If you follow those links, those platforms process data under their policies. We do not control their tracking.
Quote records are kept long enough to complete the conversation you requested and for a reasonable period afterward in case you continue enrollment. Claim records associated with a contract are kept for the life of the contract plus a period needed for dispute resolution and legal retention. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we retain a suppression entry so we do not email you again by mistake. Website logs, if any, are rotated on a short cycle unless needed for security investigations.
We apply administrative and technical measures appropriate to a home warranty website: HTTPS when the host provides it, least-privilege access for staff who would handle production form data, and reminders not to request unnecessary identifiers. No online transmission is perfectly secure. You should avoid sending payment credentials through free-text fields.
Because this build is client-side, the thank-you message after a form is a local confirmation. Do not assume a human has received the message until a production backend is connected. The on-screen wording remains: “Thank You! one of our representative will contact you.”
The Site may be viewed from many regions. We do not tailor coverage to a named country on marketing pages. If you submit a form, you understand that staff who later process production data may be located in a different region than you. We will apply contractual and technical safeguards required by applicable transfer rules if production hosting is introduced.
Home warranty products are intended for adults responsible for a dwelling. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted a form, use the Contact Us page so we can delete the information from any production store.
Depending on the privacy law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise a request, submit the Contact Us form with the subject “Privacy request” and enough detail for us to locate records (typically the email used on quotes or claims). We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant individual.
Marketing emails can be stopped on the Unsubscribe page. You may also use the Subscribe page to join the list with a validated email address.
This Site does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal effects. Coverage determinations for an in-force contract are made by people using the contract text, technician notes, and the information you provide. Pricing illustrations on the Pricing page are published rates, not a hidden credit score.
Fonts and icon libraries may be loaded from public content-delivery networks so pages render consistently. Those providers receive the technical data inherent in fetching a file (such as IP address). Photographs on the Site are original generated portraits or licensed natural photographs used to illustrate homes and systems. They are not photographs of our members unless a member has given permission.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new forms, hosting arrangements, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you have read the new version.
Privacy questions should be sent through the Contact Us form. We intentionally do not publish a telephone number or postal address on this website. A representative will reply using the email you enter on the form.
When you subscribe, we record the email address and the time of the request for proof of consent. Campaigns concern home warranty education: filter changes, seasonal HVAC tips, appliance care, and plan feature announcements. We do not share the list with unrelated retailers. Frequency is modest. If an email bounces repeatedly, we may remove the address to protect sender reputation. Unsubscribe is always available in the footer of the Site even if a particular email client hides list-unsubscribe headers.
Claim descriptions can include details about how a furnace, pipe, panel, or appliance failed. Treat this as sensitive household information. Share only what is needed for coverage review. Photographs of equipment, if you attach them in a future production form, should not include faces of minors or documents that display government identifiers. We use claim data to authorize work, detect duplicate claims, and improve coverage explanations on the Site.
